MPC™ self-coaching: managing complexity in a changing world

This self-coaching workspace invites you to structure your diverse managerial activities around a tailor-made professional project. This project ought also to include a personal and collective development plan, aimed at adjusting both your and your team's soft and hard skills to the project's evolving requirements.

The visionary and practice-oriented Management by Coaching (MPC™) approach was developed in 2002 by the Swiss consulting firm Pro Mind Consulting SA. It allows you to efficiently structure your professional activity, even when facing a complex and rapidly changing work environment. It provides you with an overall vision of your diverse activities, while helping you to cope with the need for constant skills adaptation.
